Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A secluded place with the forest as a neighbor where there are plenty of berries and mushrooms or just for relaxing walks. Access to a large garden with dining areas and barbecue, a main house with kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. There is also a sleeping cabin with 2 beds. Child-friendly swimming area is about 5 km away. The nearest grocery store is about 4 km away. The host has his own house on the property and is sometimes on site with the dog Pluto. The space There are a total of 7 beds, two of which are in the living room and are used as sofas. See photos for bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms 1 and 2 are in the main house. Bedroom 1 has no doors but is located as a passage between stairs and Bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 is located in a separate cottage. If you want to be more than 4, it is possible but with an additional fee of SEK 100 per guest/day. Let us know how many of you there are and we will get back to you about the possibility! Other things to note This is an old cottage with all that entails. Heating is provided by a hot air fan and a wood-burning stove. Fans are available if needed. BUT since, as I said, it is an old house, it also means that you cannot use as much electricity as you like at the same time. Washing machine is NOT included in the "amenities" as you can see in the ad. There's a washing machine in the cabin. It is malfunctioning and should not be used unless you have agreed otherwise with me. The water comes from our own well. Recommended for cooking only. Drinking water can be collected at, for example, a gas station. The water heater has a capacity of about 60 liters. The nearby forest road is only plowed sporadically and the last part of the forest road is bumpy. The plot is cleared by the tenant, shovels are available.
