The bright and attractively furnished apartment was extensively renovated in 2023/2024 and completely newly furnished. Access to the apartment is via 2 steps in the covered outdoor area as well as via 3 more steps in the interior (stairwell). The apartment has a living room with TV, couch, two armchairs and various furniture. The dining room connected to the living room offers a spacious dining table and a sideboard. Here you will find plenty of space to linger together or work in a concentrated manner. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed, spacious wardrobe and a dresser. A fully equipped kitchen is also at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub, toilet and a spacious towel dryer. In the hallway there is a hallway wardrobe and storage space. All living rooms are carpeted. The apartment has underfloor heating in all areas (exception: bathroom). Towels/bath towels as well as bed linen/blankets/pillows will of course be provided. Free Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the apartment during your stay. Parking and charging bicycles or e-bikes is possible by arrangement.
