Mermaid Tails is a cozy and well stocked waterfront home on a gorgeous private corner lot. This property also has room for an RV w/hookup (30mp). Room for family and friends to meet up and make memories! This Cozy welcoming River-Home provides a wonderfully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with 3 Queen Beds dressed with Hotel Quality Bedding. A Queen blow up is available if needed. A small charge if over 6 guests ($20) per person nightly. Home Includes: •High Speed WiFi •XUMO with 250 apps •3 TVs. Tropical surroundings while relaxing in one of our outdoor seating areas. First, a cozy and comfy Lanai with outdoor seating area overlooking the river. A quiet space to enjoy a morning coffee ☕️ and/or an afternoon cocktail 🍷. Second, seating with table and chairs on the dock overlooking the river. Nestled on a large canal just a 5 minute kayak ride to the main river. Jump and swim right off the floating dock with an array of rafts with pumps. Decor outdoor lighting at night on the dock and lanai. A private boat ramp, gas grill and fire pit. RVs are welcome with booked home. The RV nightly charge is $100 includes electric (30amp), water and dump station. On site are a double seater CLEAR KAYAK, kayaks and dbl seater, paddle board, board games, corn hole, fishing poles with a tackle box. Adult and children size Jenga block games provided. Shops galore and tasty restaurants, starting from just 3 miles away! Take a ride to Pine Island and experience the soft white sand and watch for dolphins just 2.5 miles away. Early and/or Late Check- in and Out is $100 each day, when available. •EARLY check-in is 10am instead of 4pm. •LATE check-out is 6 pm instead of 11am.
