Small 12 m2 hut (NO RUNNING WATER, NO SHOWER POSSIBLE) located in our garden, with direct access to the Semoy River. Ideal for resting during a hike, a bike trip or for a stop during a car trip. 2 single beds, dry toilet, water supply for toilet, dining table and chairs, barbecue (no other cooking method), covered terrace. No WIFI. Free street parking Ability to bring bikes into the garden. The space This cabin is a resting cabin, which invites you to return to basics, simplicity, and disconnection! !!!The cabin does not have running water!!!!! a good way to remember how precious water is, which it is important to use with control 💙💧 In season, access to the sanitary blocks of a nearby campsite is possible, contact us for more details. - Lighting is provided by LED lamp, charged for your arrival, and which can be recharged if needed in case of stay for more than one night. - A small reserve of water is available for an extra toilet: remember to bring your laundry/toiletries. - Bed linen is INCLUDED, beds made for your arrival. - Windows are equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring darkness even when the sun is up. - a small dish set is available to improvise a picnic: plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, bowl, pot. - BBQ available, provide your charcoal; small wood and fire starter provided. if you want logs for a fire, an extra 3 euro will be asked for a basket of wood . - Cool nights will be warmed up thanks to electric heating. Blankets are also available. - You can enjoy the attached covered terrace, and the table at the edge of the water. This cabin is our daughter's "adventure cabin": she doesn't pretend to be perfect, but she was designed with love and the desire to be able to create good times and memories there! We will do our best to make you have a pleasant stay despite its regressive side;) 🏳️‍🌈 *********************************************************We provide you with a 2 liter bottle of mineral water for your arrival. Possibility to provide hot water thermos for tea/coffee, even for the morning, do not hesitate to ask us! Soluble coffee, infusions/tea, and sugar are available. *********************************************************Ability to charge bike/camera/computer batteries, etc... Hiking maps at your disposal, from the village and around. The Trans-Semoysian lane is currently accessible from the cabin via Thilay or Nohan/Semoy (walkway closed to traffic). Since the cabin is located at the back of our garden, we may come across each other, but we know how to be discreet for our visitors:) we have neighbors, but our garden is surrounded by hedges, putting the cabin out of sight! Please do not smoke inside the cabin! Other things to note We have a hen house near the cabin, and the song of our rooster 🐓 Iris is inevitable! In addition, some of our neighbors have cats, dogs, donkeys, etc... birds, geese and frogs are omnipresent and sometimes talkative, please take this aspect of the place into consideration when making your reservation :)
