Nestled in my residence, this modern, comfortable one bed studio offers its own driveway, outdoor area and parking space, Queen bed, kitchen, bathroom, Smart TV and wifi. Convenient to Calder Freeway giving easy access to Kyneton, Bendigo, Castlemaine and Harcourt Under 2 hours from Melbourne. Lovely rural location; wake up to the kookaburras, kangaroos and magpies. The space One large room containing a fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed and living area with 2 recliners and a good sized TV that can be positioned to watch from most of the room. The space includes a reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling and a remote controlled ceiling fan. Step up one step into the modern bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower complete with handheld shower. Bathroom has a tastic and fan installed. Property is on tank water so please be mindful of the amount of water you use. There is heaps of water but please don't be wasteful. Guest access Includes paddock area beside the studio and separate driveway and parking area. Portable outdoor setting can be moved around to catch the sun if you like. Access to the back yard area is restricted. Please ask permission to enter. Other things to note A great central location only 2 km off the Calder Highway: - 25-30 minutes to Bendigo - 15-20 minutes to Kyneton - 15 minutes to Castlemaine - 7 minutes to Harcourt or Elphinstone TV has use of Paramount Plus, but you will need to log in using you own account to any other pay TV services Kangaroos have no road sense and there are a lot in the area.
