Why get a hotel when you can relax and refresh at the pool house! 1 bdrm/1 bath/full kitchen/laundry. Comfortably sleeps 4 with queen bed and sofa sleeper. Access to private pool (available 15 May - 15 Sept), outdoor fireplace, and large yard. The space Bedroom has queen size bed and private access to bathroom. Living area has full kitchen, dining for 4, pull out couch, electric fireplace, TV, and access to bathroom. Dedicated guest covered patio with furniture and wood burning fireplace. Laundry machines available upon request. All this plus exclusive guest access to large inground pool. Please let us know when you want to use pool during your stay and we'll get it all set up for you. Guests are welcome to utilize pool floats, loungers, ping pong table, and water slide. Pool towels and pool side drinkware provided. Guest access Private guest entrance with keypad lock. Other things to note Due to the pool deck being open, we do not recommend young children stay in the pool house. Any children under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult over 18 years old at all times while in the yard. The seasonal pool (15 May - 15 Sept) is for registered guests only. If you wish for additional guests to come over and use the pool during your stay, please coordinate and get approval BEFORE booking. There is a $50 per person fee for host approved additional guests. We do not have capacity to support large gatherings or parties. We do not offer refunds or discounts for weather related limits to pool usage. Dogs live on property. Please let us know if they are bothersome and we will kennel them. For the health and safety of your pets and ours, we do not allow pets to stay at the pool house.
