The Olive Tree

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The Olive Tree is set on Arth Valley Retreat by the coast in west Wales. Has its own large fenced garden so very pet friendly. This accommodation is very private. The toilet, shower and kitchen facilities are 150yds away from the property so please bear in mind there will be a short walk. The space The Olive Tree yurt is fully insulated and so cosy inside with its little wood burning stove (some wood provided). The space is large and airy. Small dining area and a some comfy seating in front of the fire. You’ll have a fully made up double bed but you will need to bring your own towels. We also supply some indoor and outdoor games. This Mongolian Yurt is located on our old dairy farm, overlooking stunning views of the Arth Valley and the sea and coastline of Cardigan Bay. There's plenty of outdoor space, exploring to do and animals to cuddle. There are only 4 highland cows here these days and farmyard menagerie, even the sheep and pigmy goats are happy for you to give them a stroke. When you're ready to relax in the evening there's a fire pit outside and seating area.. There's a shared outside kitchen that's stocked with all the cooking essentials like pans, salt, oil, utensils and so on. You'll find a box for your personal use there too stocked with crockery, cups ands cutlery. We've also added a large communal fire pit with seating area that anyone is free to enjoy as well as a wood fired pizza oven that we can light for you and sometimes hold pizza nights on. You'll have hot shower and clean bathrooms just a short stroll away, complete with essentials like loo roll, hand/body/hair wash and a hand towel (bring your own bath towels). If there's anything you've left at home or think we need to add please let us know and we'll be happy to help Guest access 16 acres of our own private farmland to roam, including private access to the waterfalls at the bottom of our fields.
