School House Retreat

This schoolhouse is newly remodeled to offer a peaceful retreat from normal life. Enjoy getting away from reality and enjoying the peace of the prairie, watching horses interact and being away from it all. We are on 70 acres out of town about 7 miles. It’s a perfect retreat and in September we will have added a loft with 6 twin beds making it the perfect hunting lodge. The space Our property is a horse ranch. We have horses, goats, dogs and cats. A beautiful prairie location with a she-shed for crafting, schoolhouse for staying and barn for the critters. Our family lives on the premise in the original farmhouse. You’ll know us as you travel in because we are white buildings and red roofs! Guest access You can check yourself in. The door has a code lock. The we love for you to look around the property, go for a walk and see the prairie, but please stay out of the fenced areas. Don’t feed the animals and don’t enter the corals without permission or one of us accompanying you. Also drive in slow, we have mini Aussie dogs and they love to greet our guests.
