Family home that can accommodate up to 10 people on a 54,000-square-foot property along the shoreline of the Richelieu River with swimming pool (open June to September), fire pit and pond. Located 1 hour from Montreal and near the American borders, this little haven of peace is close to many amenities and tourist attractions that will appeal to the whole family. Beautiful sunsets by the river will enhance your evenings. The space Guests have access to all rooms of the house (full kitchen, dining room (folding table in addition if needed), large living room with fireplace, 2 closed bedrooms, 2 open bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 1 laundry room (washer, dryer). Free parking on premises that can easily accommodate 5 cars. Guest access Televisions and Wi-Fi available. Unheated outdoor pool. BBQ. Indoor and outdoor fireplace. A quantity of firewood will be provided. Waterfront with dock available upon request at the neighboring house (Airbnb owners). Two inflatable kayaks (2 people/kayak) and a canoe (4 people) are also available on request. Bring your life jackets. Fishing rods can also be lent on request (summer only). You can also dock your boat (check the water height with the owners depending on the length of your boat and the time of year of your visit). Finally, you can bring your own recreational boats (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.).
