I’m offering a cozy, well-equipped room in my spacious flat – perfect if you're looking for a relaxed, homey place to stay. 🛏️ Your private space includes: A comfy bed TV with Netflix Super-fast WiFi Lots of storage (cupboards, drawers, and hanging space) Your own private bathroom – no need to share! 🌿 There’s also a lovely private garden out back where you can relax, have a BBQ, or just unwind after a long day. 🚗 Free, secure parking is available right outside the flat – really convenient if you're driving. 🏠 You'll be sharing the flat with me (your host) and a couple of other friendly guests. Everyone’s respectful and I do my best to make sure the place is clean, welcoming, and peaceful. 🧼 I provide all the essentials: fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, slippers, an iron, and even a first aid kit. 🛒 Location highlights: A bakery and a Scotmid Co-op are just aside Aldi and Morrisons are just a 10-minute walk away The city centre is around 25 minutes by bus (routes 49, 51, 3, 29, 8, or 33) Easy airport access too – bus 18 (to the airport) is just a few minutes away ☕ Breakfast is included! You’re welcome to help yourself to tea, orange juice, cereals, biscuits, butter, jam, toast – and there’s a professional coffee machine for lattes, cappuccinos, or espressos.
