As you step through the front door, you are welcomed by a bright and spacious open concept, living room, dinning room and fully-equipped kitchen. The living room features a plush velvet sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day on the river. Sit back and watch some Netflix or spin some vinyl on the turntable. The kitchen, while smaller, has been thoughtfully designed to ensure all the comforts of home when preparing your meals. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or preparing a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has you covered. The adjacent dining area provides a diner-style table adding just the perfect touch of retro to this updated kitchen. The first bedroom to the left of the living room has a queen bed and is tastefully decorated in retro green accents. Next to this room is a second bedroom with double bed and accent chair. Within steps of these two bedrooms is a 3 piece bathroom with standup shower. As you walk through the hallway to the back of the home, you will find the exterior door to the driveway. Directly across from the exterior door is the second 3 piece bathroom with standup shower. Continue down the hallway and to the right is the third bedroom, decorated in lush yellow and orange decor. With a queen bed, accent chair and vanity area, this bedroom is perfect for anyone travelling with extended family or a group of friends. Along side this bedroom is a second living room space, perfect for enjoying a movie or playing some original board games like monopoly or scrabble. For those needing to do a little work while they play, this space also offers a dedicated work space. Retro Retreat's prime location puts you steps away from the St. Clair River with a riverside path for leisurely strolls, an open green space for the kids to play and of course breathtaking sunset views from the front patio, side dinning space or firepit.
