Bracelet fee R$ 10.00 per guest (paid at reception). ** Attention: We do not provide bed linen and towels, cost of R$145.00 to R$175.00 for rental (PAID SEPARATELY). Guest access The Turista I neighborhood is located near the center of Caldas Novas. It is considered the city's upscale neighborhood. Guests can get around on foot, as the distance to the city center is 600 meters. There is free parking inside the Condominium (01 space). Other things to note GENERAL OBSERVATIONS: 1) Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If we have availability, these times can be changed; 2) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; 3) We do not provide bed and bath linens! However, in order to facilitate the travel and stay of our guests, we can offer the rental directly in the Condominium (amount of R$ 145.00 - low season; R$ 175.00 - high season - charged separately); 4) Pets are prohibited; 5) The condominium charges R$ 10.00 (ten reais) from each guest - tourism tax. This amount is paid only once, at the condominium's RECEPTION at the time of entry (cash or debit); 6) The pools' hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. 7) The cleaning of the apartment and replacement of toilet paper is available after the stay. Guests must clean the dishes, plates, cutlery, and pots. 8) The building does not have an electric power generator. The responsibility for any power outages in the city of Caldas Novas lies with the Enel Energy Concessionaire.
