Our house, located in Brasilia's most upscale neighborhood, is a rarity: it is located directly on the shores of Lake Paranoá, with stunning views of the city's most beautiful sunset! A true invitation to live days of peace, beauty and reconnection. Imagine waking up to the gentle sound of birds, having breakfast outdoors while admiring the calm waters of the lake. This is a space where time slows down, the senses awaken, and the essentials of life are revealed. Here, every detail has been designed to welcome and inspire. Our house is an oasis surrounded by a lush tropical garden, filled with native trees, flowers, and charming visits from macaws, parrots, and even capybaras. All this in perfect harmony with a personality decoration, which mixes handmade pieces, antiques and natural materials carefully chosen to create an atmosphere of warmth and authenticity. Suite apartment with 50 square meters, full/equipped indoor kitchen*, private bathroom, TV with Netflix and other apps, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, options of 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds (sofa). This room sleeps up to 4 people. Suite 02) Deluxe Mezzanine Suite (first floor, access via stairs). Suite apartment with 50 square meters, full/equipped indoor kitchen*, private bathroom, TV with Netflix and other apps, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, options of 1 queen-size bed and 3 single beds. This room accommodates up to 5 people. Suite 03) Deluxe Ground Floor Suite (ground floor). Suite apartment with 50 square meters, full/equipped indoor kitchen*, private bathroom, TV with Netflix and other apps, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, options of 1 queen-size bed and 3 single beds. Possible to add an extra single mattress for +1 guest. *Details of the full/equipped kitchen of the Deluxe Suites (suites 01, 02 and 03): cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric filter, blender, electric kettle, thermos, sandwich maker, dinnerware set, dessert plate set, cutlery set, silicone spoons, cutting knives, cookware set, glass set, mug set, bowl set, tupperware set, cutting board, cookware/frying pan set, pasta drainer, stainless steel sieve, wine opener, can opener, coffee strainer, glass bottle and scissors. Number of Guests: The daily rate of the listing is for up to 20 guests. If the number of guests exceeds 20 people, the daily rate is adjusted. If the number of guests is less than 20 people, the daily rate remains the same. The house comfortably accommodates 20 people, but we can accommodate up to 24 guests by adjusting the price (see price variation via message). Location: Great location: Next to our street there is a market with bakery (OBA), restaurants, pharmacy and gas station with convenience store (only a 2-minute walk). Pontão do Lago Sul (a complex of bars and restaurants on the shores of Lake Paranoá) and Gilberto Salomão (a shopping mall with a market, food court, banks, copy shop, etc.) are nearby, just 2.5 km away, less than a 5-minute drive. It is also possible to order food via apps, delivered to the door (iFood, etc.). We are just a 10-minute drive from the Airport and a 10-minute drive from the city center/sights, such as: Eixo Monumental (Cathedral, National Museum, JK Memorial, National Congress, TV Tower), Brasília Mané Garrincha National Stadium and many others. --- More than a stay — a sensory experience. This is your chance to turn hosting into a unique experience at our private resort! **Attention: Before renting, please read the House Rules carefully** Other things to note ***HOUSE RULES*** – Exclusivity of the Rental: The house will be rented for the exclusive use of the contracting group. That is, there will be no shared use with unknown guests. However, the following may be on the premises: pool attendants, housekeeper, cleaning lady, gardeners, employees, and the owners of the house. The landlord and her mother use a private area of the house with independent access. At any time the landlord and/or her mother will have free access to all areas of the lodging. The presence of both may occur when requested or when necessary, such as for the inspection and monitoring of house rules. Overall, guests will have complete privacy. There will be interference only in the event of non-compliance with the rules detailed in the clauses below. – Law of Silence and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages: Because it is located in a residential area, we value a good relationship with our neighborhood. For this reason, we ask for extreme attention and respect regarding the volume of sound. We allow MODERATE sound until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. we DO NOT allow sound equipment, sound or noise of any kind. Sound equipment with a lot of power or car sound is extremely prohibited at any time. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to a fine of R$500.00 and, if they insist on violating the rules, will be asked to leave without a refund of the amount paid for the reservation and with full retention of the security deposit. Casa do Lago Hospedaria has a strict alcohol consumption policy. We ONLY allow MODERATE consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guests who are drunk and/or out of control will be subject to a fine of R$500.00. If they insist on breaking the rules, they will be asked to leave without a refund of the amount paid for the reservation and with full retention of the security deposit. – Additional guests: In the listing, the total number of overnight guests was set at up to 20 people. If the number of guests exceeds 20 people, the amount to be paid will be adjusted as needed. Inform and consult the property to make the adjustment/payment prior to the date of stay/use. A fine will be charged if the additional guests are not informed in advance. – Outdoor Parking in Public Area: Pay special attention to this rule. Guest cars must be parked on the street, always respecting the neighbors' entrance/garage. The street is public, safe and monitored by cameras. A car parked improperly, even if only for loading and unloading, may be towed without prior notice and will be subject to a fine of R$500.00. Access to the street by bus or large public transport vehicles is strictly prohibited. Parking large vehicles on the street or stopping for boarding and disembarking is strictly prohibited. These vehicles must park in the parking lot of the Instituto de Cirurgia do Lago, located 500 meters away from the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the improperly parked vehicle may be towed without prior notice and will be subject to a fine. – Access to the Lake House Guesthouse: Every room in the house has a keychain with the room key and the key to the access gate to the house. This allows guests to freely enter and exit the property. After check-in (first entry), guests will be responsible for accessing the house. Therefore, when you leave, remember to always take the key or to arrange the appropriate check-in and check-out times among the members of the group. Owners/employees are not responsible for opening or closing the access gate for guests or visitors. In order to ensure the safety of guests and the accommodation: guests who leave the access gate open or forget the key in the lock will be subject to a fine of R$500.00 and, if they insist on disrespecting the rules, they will be asked to leave without refund of the amount paid for the reservation and with full retention of the security deposit. Guests who forget to take the key and disturb the neighborhood will be subject to a fine of R$500.00 and, if they insist on disrespecting the rules, will be asked to leave without a refund of the amount paid for the reservation and with full retention of the security deposit. – Cleaning and Additional Services: Only basic post-stay cleaning is included in the “Post-stay cleaning fee” amount. If at the time of delivery of the house it is in need of extreme/heavy cleaning, an additional amount of another cleaning will be charged: R$500.00. Not included during the stay: cleaning/tidying of rooms and bathrooms, changing bed and bath linens, removing/changing garbage, washing dishes, or any other activity related to cleaning the space. No food service is included in the lodging fee. If it is in the interest of the tenant, the property employee may be hired for daily cleaning for an additional fee. Please communicate your interest to the property and check prices and availability in advance. We can also recommend a buffet for additional hiring. The laundry service or use is not included in the lodging. If you are interested in requesting the service, you must inform the owners in advance. The use of the laundry is allowed only with the authorization and monitoring of the owners or employees. An extra fee will be charged for the service. Check the rates. – No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets (dogs, cats, etc.). Guests who violate this clause will be subject to a fine of R$500.00 and, if they insist on violating the rules, will be asked to leave without a refund of the amount paid for the reservation and with full retention of the security deposit. – Contracting External Services: The contracting group will be responsible for receiving any service contracted during the stay (buffet, beer delivery, food delivery, etc.). In addition, when necessary, the group will also be responsible for opening and closing the property access gate. If the bell rings and the rental company is available, it may be kind enough to open or receive. However, the same will not always be available or present in the house. Therefore, this is the responsibility of the renter. – Security Cameras: Our space has security cameras. Security cameras cover the perimeter of the outdoor area (garden, pool area, barbecue, outdoor balcony, parking) and a common anteroom space just before the balcony. There are no cameras in the bedrooms or bathrooms/changing rooms. Our house is on the lakefront and for protection/security reasons we installed the cameras along with the electric fence. – Damaged or lost items: It is strictly forbidden to remove the furniture from the place. Our furniture is delicate antiques and should not be moved without the prior authorization of the owners. In case of non-compliance, a fine will be applied. The amount of the fine will be stipulated by the owners. In case of damage to objects, appliances, accommodation furniture, etc., the guest must leave a security deposit of R$500.00* before checkout (exit) and provide 3 budgets for the repair. If they wish, the owners of the accommodation may also submit budgets. The budget/service will be chosen by the owners and the repair costs will be the sole responsibility of the guest. *The amount of the security deposit requested may vary depending on the damaged/lost item. The amount of the deposit can be settled via PIX, Banco do Brasil transfer or cash. If the repair amount is less than the security deposit amount, the difference will be refunded to the guest. If the repair amount is greater than the security deposit amount, the guest must be responsible for paying the difference. – Check-in and Checkout times: As stated in the listing, our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Unfortunately, we do not receive guests after 8 p.m. The guest is fully responsible for arriving within the check-in time limit. The accommodation is not responsible for reception after 8 p.m. The 8 p.m. entry restriction is for check-in only (first entry into the accommodation). At check-in, the guest will receive the access key to come and go at the time they wish. A fine is charged if the check-out time is not respected. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied per hour exceeded, starting from 12 noon. For example, if the checkout takes place at 12:45 p.m., the fine applied will be R$500.00 (one hour exceeded). If the checkout takes place at 1:20 p.m., the fine applied will be R$1,000.00 (two hours exceeded). And so on.
