Cozy studio with a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and living room in a beautiful home located right off the bustling Grand Ave in South San Francisco. This room is located DOWNSTAIRS of the house. Quiet, and safe neighborhood. We are 15 mins away from SFO airport and 10 mins away from Tanforan Mall. Busy Grand Ave is just few blocks away with restaurants and supermarkets available within walking distance. The space Please know that your studio have its own key to access. You also have access to shared bathroom, shared kitchen and dining area. Your entrance access is at the front of the house. We encourage our guest to be out and about to explore the beautiful city of San Francisco. PARKING There is plenty of free residential parking around the house but it does get filled up quickly during the evenings. Please keep in mind of street cleaning signs. CHECKING OUT/ CLEANING Check out time is at 10AM. When checking out, please put the key back on the table, leaving the door closed. Double check for all your belongings. Please notify me when you have left. Please also NOTE: 1) We have an exterior camera outside only. 2) There might be another guests downstairs, so there might be potential noise possible but we try our best to remind all our guests to be very respectful of others and the neighbors. 3. Pets is for approval and with a fee. Guest access Guests will only have access to their own studio room, shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Your entrance access is at the front of the house. Guests are not allowed downstairs, as the rooms on the lower ground floor of the house is being rented out by other guests. Other things to note For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require background check process for a small fee. Alternatively, we accept employment letters or internship letters as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of $150/month maximum one pet only.
