The apartment is located just 30 minutes from the center of Prague and 30 minutes from Václav Havel Airport. Welcome to Villa Mořina, located in the picturesque village of Mořina with a history dating back to the 14th century. The villa is the perfect place for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We offer the rental of the ground floor of the villa, which has its own entrance and exclusive access to a south-facing terrace – an ideal spot for your morning coffee or to relax during the sunset. The upper floor is completely independent and has a separate entrance, ensuring total privacy. Tailored accommodation for couples and families The apartment comfortably accommodates couples or families with children (up to 3 children). It includes: a bedroom with a king-size bed and two single beds, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, access to the sunny terrace directly from the kitchen. If you are traveling with a baby, we will be happy to provide a baby crib upon request. Unplug and recharge. We designed the interior with an emphasis on relaxation and connection with nature. That’s why you won’t find a TV here. Villa Mořina is a place where you can enjoy the peace, immerse yourself in the surrounding nature, and experience time without digital distractions. We are now happy to offer our guests a newly arranged shaded garden area on the northern side of the villa. This charming little retreat, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers, features comfortable seating and a peaceful atmosphere — ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply relaxing in the cool shade. Please note that the rest of the gardens remain private and are reserved for the owners.
