Newly built, it is located in St-François (Guadeloupe) in the secure residence LOUISIANA PARK. DUE TO RECURRING WATER SHORTAGES, WE ARE EQUIPPED WITH A 2000L RESERVE ALLOWING A PERMANENT SUPPLY. The villa is located 500 m from Anse des Rochers beach (see photo), 5 minutes by car from Raisins Clairs beach and 10 minutes by car from the city center as well as the international golf course. The first breakfast is complimentary and a ti 'punch will welcome you. The villa has: - On the ground floor A large living room overlooking the deck terrace with deckchairs, outdoor living room and pool with outdoor shower. It is furnished with a flat-screen TV corner sofa, a table with 6 chairs and a living room with a small sofa and 2 armchairs. Windows closed by electric roller shutters with centralized control. The American-style kitchen with its 4 bar stools is fully equipped: 1 fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, classic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender. Back kitchen with 1 fridge/freezer, small multifunctional oven (convection oven, microwave and grill), washing machine. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with 2 beds of 80 x 200 convertible into 160 x 200, with an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom (walk-in shower). Toilet with sink. - Upstairs An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, bathroom and adjoining toilet. An electronic combination safe is available. WIFI throughout the house.
