Luxe Family home in foothills

Surrounded by trees, only 15 mins to the beach and 25 mins to the city, this is an ideal spot to enjoy Adelaide surrounds. Have fun with the whole family, or a couple of families, at this stylish and comfortable house. We will happily host you in our family home while we are away travelling. It is spacious, with an open plan dining/kitchen area, cosy lounge room with fireplace, and is well equipped for families, with a deck, back yard, swings and cubby house. The space Our spacious home is set on a 1000sqm block with a reasonable backyard, which we have created to suit our family lifestyle. There is plenty of fun for the kids, and a lovely deck for the grown-ups to enjoy while being able to keep a watchful eye. There are gates to help enclose the backyard space, but it is not 100% closed in or pet friendly, sorry. Guest access Guests can access the House and backyard, but the garage and end room are locked up and out of bounds, thank you. Other things to note *This is our family home, not a property custom created for Airbnb, so please understand it has been lived in, but we are certain it will be very enjoyable for visitors to stay in. *We have a very good relationship with all of our neighbours, so please be respectful and help us to keep it this way. *We like to be flexible, so please just get in touch with any questions or requests and where possible we will do our best to make it a good experience for you.
