Don’t miss the Sunset Live Music, Friday evenings is a must see. (Summer Time) 📍Margate Famous Beach/Dreamland 6.1 miles ( I would say, if you’re travelling to Kent, you can’t not visit Margate while you’re at this side of the country, busy Seaside sandy beach, Dreamland Theme park NOW OPEN, check website for this years Big Line Up) MY GO TO- The Sun Deck great choice of street food, upbeat vibe, nice atmosphere for all ages. Restaurants Buoy & oyster, all you eat Chinese at Cafe De China, Jah Jah Jamaican food, Grab a beer & don’t miss the Sunset view on Margate steps looking over the harbour lighthouse. 📍Captain Digby Family Restaurant, Kingsgate Bay 25min drive. (Amazing food, large car park with swing park, indoor soft play views from the sea cliff looking down over the bay is just beautiful especially with the castle in the bank ground.) 📍Broadstairs Dickens Country 8 miles (quirky with some amazing views, It’s a great place to spend a sunny day or party in the evening in the popular bars & clubs MY GO TO - Restaurant Jetty (it’s on the harbour, food by the sea) Morelli's Gelato can’t be missed! and of course The Charles Dickens if you’re looking further traditional home cooked food. 📍Ramsgate Grade listed Royal Harbour 7.2 miles (one of my favourite places to visit, due the the stunning harbour & Arch, one of the largest Weatherspoon right on the sea front with balcony views over the harbour) MY GO TO - Coco Latino, Cocktails & original home made chocolate treats. Arche Bar great too and is a lovely stroll along the harbour arches, Sion Hill you can park there and get some great photos of the harbour from above, La Magnolia Italian restaurant, if you’d like to stop & eat or Royal Harbour Brasserie amazing food £££ if you eat or just a just grab a beer on the balcony with nothing but sea views, is always a good shout. 🐶Dog walk ? 📍Sandwich - Pegwell Bay 6 miles Perfect place to take the dog for a walk, stroll along the pre-made colour coded Marsh trails, choose your length of walk, bird watching viewing cabins available also. Golf ? The Royal St George golf club close by. 📍Westwood Cross Shopping Centre 15min drive, All these beautiful beach & Bays curve along the coast line of the Isle Of Thanet and at the centre you will find something for everyone, from a Casino, Frankie & Benny’s, Hollywood bowl with large arcade room, Jump Inc perfect for kids 12 and under, Kaspers, Burger King, Pizza Hut, one of the largest Primark, Range, B&N, Toys R Us, Tesco’s Extra & more .. you could spend the a whole day here. 📍Canterbury City Home of Chaucer Tales 9.3 miles (Beautiful City with plenty of history to, another great day out if your looking to explore, shop or for a larger Club scene, cocktails on the roof terrorist at the socialite rooftop restaurant and bar) * Herne Bay Beach front (beautiful pier & one of the best arcade for kids I’ve ever seen, all the arcade machines are kid size ( makes sense right lol) 5.7 miles 📍Dover Castle 16 miles ( I drive pass Dover castle frequently and it just looks amazing each time, looking at the website it has some amazing views too. I haven’t actually been there yet, If you do visit, please let me know what is it like Open to only 1 booking a week. Im flexible & work nights and have the ability to stay away for a few nights a week, so this exclusive opportunity to have this stunning get away to yourself is limited, once it’s booked out for that week.
