This cottage is a smaller version of a home w/convenient private parking, walking to downtown, private, motion lights for late arrivals, mini refrigerator, flat screen TV, coffee and tea, luxurious queen bed, and more. The space Walk to downtown from this comfortable detached guest house located behind our craftsman home on the west side of Paso Robles, located exactly nine blocks from the downtown city park. The studio feels like a one bedroom with a great room, kitchenette and 3/4 bath. The bathroom is off the bedroom and offers a shower that is always stocked with fresh linens, towels and complementary Eco-friendly toiletries. There is private, off-street parking directly adjacent the cottage. The downtown park is ringed by artisan shops, excellent restaurants, movie theater, wine bars and shops, tasting rooms and more and hosts events almost every weekend including wine festival, olive festival and more. Every Thursday during the summer there's free concerts in the park and picnic baskets and byob wines are encouraged. If you don't have your own, there are wine and beer vendors, too! We love living here and love sharing our space with other people so that they can discover this awesome place that we are fortunate enough to call home. It's perfect for one or two people. Guest access BBQ grill, outdoor bistro table for two, books, bicycles on request. Other things to note One (well behaved and potty-trained) dog allowed, smoking outside only please and be considerate, we live here too ;) If you are traveling with another couple, check out Downtown Paso Hideaway which is located on the same property.
