Please note - This is a NO 🚭, NO 🥳 Parties and NO PETS home. Guest access You have access to the entire house while my family is away. We are mindful of our resource usage and sustainability efforts. Your help in conserving energy by turning off all lights, fans, and appliances when not in use would be greatly appreciated in our shared commitment to the planet. Other things to note -No third party bookings are accepted. - If you have no reviews or have received one unfavourable review on the platform, we kindly ask for a $500 refundable deposit. This will be returned provided that our house rules are respected throughout your stay. -Your security deposit is $300 otherwise. - There is an additional fee of $50 for check-ins outside of our standard hours. - Check-out time 10 am without exception. An hourly fee may apply otherwise. - No parties or loud music allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the neighbourhood. - We do not provide extra towels or linen per stay. However, if you anticipate needing additional items, please let us know in advance so we can arrange them for a small fee. - We provide some starter essentials such as basic toiletries, tea, and coffee to get you settled in. If you need more during your stay, please feel free to bring your own supplies. -All bedrooms have ceiling fans and aircon -Only the master bedroom has an ensuite. -To use the TVs you'll need to log in on your own account for netflix, apple TV, etc. There's 4 TVs in the house. 1 in the master bedroom, 1 in each of the 2 living areas and 1 in the garage.
