Relax in this quiet, nice and cozy space, a room with a separate bathroom located on the fourth level. It is located 4 minutes from the Mall Plaza, 18 minutes from Huanchaco, 12 minutes from Plaza de Armas de Trujillo and a few blocks from the best cevicherias. Quiet area with little hustle and bustle, the house is located in front of a park. It has a double bed mattress, 1 bathroom, kettle, minibar, closet, Wifi, hot water, Smart TV, terrace, laundry area and street view. The space Our accommodation has separate spaces: 1) A spacious room, it has a 2-seater bed with mattress, large closet with drawers and hooks for hanging clothes, a mirror, dryer, iron, nightstands, night lamp and a window overlooking the street, the room also has towel, soap, toilet paper, comfortable pillows, sheets and duvet. We will also provide you with complimentary snacks, infusions and mineral water. 2) In the room there is also a small table with two chairs, a 50-inch smart TV with access to various platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, a minibar, a kettle, cups, glass cups, board games, and some interesting books to discover. 3) A bathroom, with toilet, sink, shower, toilet paper. Common areas: 1) Space with microwave, glasses, plates and utensils. 2) Rooftop, we have an outdoor space, where you can observe the city and smoking area on the rooftop of the building. 3) Laundry area, we have two tanks on the roof and clotheslines. Guest access The room is totally independent. There are no schedules or restrictions on check-ins and check-outs during your stay. The building has a common entrance access that is the only one you will share. The spaces are exclusive to the room. During your stay I am committed to my clients. I live in the same building, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note We also have a small area in the Snack Bar room for sale, to facilitate the consumption of some drinks and snacks. Consumption is handled directly with the host, it is entirely optional. In front of the building there is a park so our guests can get some fresh air. It is surrounded by some plants and flowers from the garden, which is why in the room in the mornings and afternoons you can hear the sound of birds singing.
