In accordance with Japanese laws and regulations, all guests are required to submit their information online. For international guests, we require passport's photo from all individuals. For foreign residents in Japan, a certificate of residence is also necessary. For Japanese guests, please provide the full name, address, and phone number of all guests. Additionally, a photo of an ID card or driver's license from the representative person is required. Upon successful verification of all guests' identities, we will promptly provide you with instructions on how to access your room. Please be advised that failure to provide the requested information will unfortunately prevent us from issuing check-in details. -2.- Please note that check-in is available only after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM. Maintenance work will commence promptly at 11:00 AM, so we kindly request that you vacate your room by this time. Please be aware that a late check-out will incur an additional charge. -3- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises. ＊　Please be advised that smoking is not permitted anywhere within the accommodation area. Should evidence or the smell of cigarette smoke be detected in the accommodation after your check-out, a cleaning fee of ¥300,000 will be charged. -4.- Televisions at our listing are equipped to access Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix. Guests are required to log in using their personal accounts, as we are unable to provide access credentials. -5.- Please be advised that chatting or using speakers on the terrace is prohibited after 9:00 PM to ensure the comfort of other guests. Should neighbors file a complaint or report to the police, you may be asked to vacate the premises regardless of the time, with no refund issued. -6.- Please ensure all doors, including the front door, back door and terrace entrance are securely locked whenever you leave the premises. -7.- After use, please refrain from placing wet bath towels directly on the bed. Kindly place them in the laundry basket or on the clothes hanger provided in each room. -8.- Kindly return all used equipment to its original location. Please be advised that lost or damaged equipment may incur a separate charge. -9.- Please do not remove the air conditioner remote control from its designated room. -10.- For breakfast, we provide one box of flour for the bread maker and instant coffee. Should you require additional flour, please kindly purchase it yourself. -11.- Waste Separation Guidelines We kindly request your cooperation in separating your waste during your stay. Please categorize your garbage into the following four types and place them in the designated bins within the kitchen: - Burnable garbage (including plastics) - Cans - Bottles - PET bottles Our cleaning staff will handle all waste disposal after your check-out. Please do not take any garbage outside your room or leave it on the balcony/veranda. For proper disposal, please ensure all your garbage bags are securely tied. For long-stay guests who require garbage removal prior to check-out, please contact us via message, and we will assist you. If the trash bins become full, kindly inform us. Please note that taking garbage outside the premises is prohibited and may result in charges from the local government. -12.- Should you need to dispose of large items, such as old suitcases, please inform us in advance. A separate disposal fee will apply. -13.- For the privacy and security of all residents, guests are kindly requested not to visit neighboring apartments or houses. -14.- Please note that our property is an apartment, not a hotel. As such, it does not offer services typically found in hotels, such as concierge assistance, daily cleaning, or room service etc. -15.- There is no pajamas available at our place. -16.- We kindly ask that you treat both the property and our neighbors with the same care and respect as you would your own. -17.- Should you decide to extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, a cleaning cancellation fee will be applied. This is because our cleaning staff may already be en route to the apartment, incurring a cancellation charge for us. To avoid this fee and ensure a smooth extension of your stay, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-out time.
