The space By staying in Bagnols-en-Forêt, you are 20 minutes from the beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël while avoiding the seaside crowds. You have on one side the coast and on the other side the superb Lake Saint Cassien with all its nautical activities (paddle, pedal boat, inflatable structure course on the water) and the Var hinterland. The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: one double bed 160 - Bedroom 2: one double bed 160 with its shower room - Bedroom 3: one double bed 140 -Bedroom 4: Two single bunk beds with the possibility of pulling out a third bed A cathedral-style living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. A bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub as well as a shower room in Bedroom 2. An independent entrance leading to a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, a second fridge and a second freezer. You can try a few games of darts on our electronic target in the living room cooled by air conditioning during the too hot afternoons. In the garden, the swimming pool is secured by an immersion detection alarm meeting French standards, it is a pool of 9 meters by 3.80 meters on a flat bottom of 1.70 m. It also has a beach where you can paddle the little ones or stretch your legs. You will also have at your disposal a basketball hoop, a badminton net with its rackets and a giant trampoline 5 meters in diameter buried in the ground. Guests can relax on the lawn by the pool and enjoy the large terrace sheltered by the oak tree for meals. It's possible to park 3 cars on the grounds. The rental price includes linens and towels for all guests. Cleaning is included in the rental within reason. The house must be tidied, the appliances cleaned as well as the dishes washed and the garbage cans emptied. Toys and games should be put away.
