The space Our home is in an older country section of homes on the north west side of Grapevine Lake. It is quiet, with a definite country feel; large trees, hills, hiking trails and private kayak access for the neighborhood only. The studio is an addition to the back side of the house and is its own self contained unit with private entry off the back of the house. Guest access This studio is attached to the main house on the back side. It is completely self contained with private entry. Door to main section of house is permanently locked by deadbolt and soundproofed from the main house side, connected only to the fireplace wall of the home. Other things to note The neighborhood does not have a lot of street lights so it is dark at night which we love, so best to plan a daylight arrival if possible to see the parking space. If not you can turn around in the driveway and find the space easier on the return route as trees and plants block the view of the parking upon approach. There are motion detector lights and ground lights that will mark your way to the door of the studio after dark.
