This duplex is our little mountain hideaway. This is a 37 m² space. Nestled in a stone-built residence like a small village, it enjoys calm, and panoramic views of the mountains with its terrace. Ideally located in the heart of the Toy region: Lourdes, Cirque de Gavarnie, Col du Tourmalet, Ski resorts, Thermal baths... and many other places of interest, to enjoy mountain activities in any season. Its terrace is also private. ** PARKING ** Parking of the residence is free. It's big and easily accessible. It is 50m from the door. It is possible to park for a maximum of 15 minutes in front of the apartment in order to unload suitcases. ** the environment ** Close to the residence you will find a children's park, tennis courts as well as a panoramic view overlooking the city of Luz-Saint-Sauveur and its castle. Numerous activities: cycling, canyoning, bungee jumping, climbing, fishing, thermal baths/recreational spa. The Pyrenees National Park offers wonderful hikes.
