Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. You have nature on the doorstep and the forest full of berries and mushrooms in season. Despite the peaceful location, it is not far to Kalmar with all the shops and attractions, Öland with beaches, Nybro with Glasriket and elk parks and Oskarshamn and Mönsterås with other attractions. The cottage is perfect for long dog walks. There is an area especially for children with a trampoline, swings, soccer goal and a small playhouse. The space Bedroom number 1 has a double bed 140 cm wide. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. There is a bed cabinet in the living room. To get to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, you have to pass the two bedrooms. There are electric heaters in the bathroom and bedroom number 1, but the whole house is easily heated with the pellet stove in the living room. However, if you close the door to bedroom no. 1 and bathroom, you must turn on the radiators. In the kitchen there is a wood stove if you want to use it. The house is equipped with many things, iron, hairdryer, electric whisk, mixer, etc. However, there is currently NO internet or TV!!! The garden is grown up and lush and there is access to croquet, badminton, etc. and a playground with trampoline, soccer goals, swings and a small playhouse. Surrounding forest is rich in mushrooms and berries in season. Loan of bed linens, bathrobe, slippers, towels are included in the rental rate. If you have a dog with you, you can borrow food bowls, a blanket and a towel. In the fridge, there are fresh eggs upon arrival. Guest access You have access to the whole cottage and the whole garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue and playground. Other things to note Wood for the wood stove in the kitchen is included, but NOT pellets for the stove. Electricity is added at current daily rates. Bathrobe, slippers, bed linens and towels are included in the price. Fresh eggs are in the fridge on arrival and are included in the price.
