Gather the friends or the big family for some secluded socializing. Pool (4 × 10m) and cozy outdoor bar, no neighbors and plenty of space. A lovely charming house in the middle of the forest. Simple but functional standard. Close to mushroom and berry picking. Sörmlandsleden only 5 minutes away. 7 bedrooms. Good kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Cozy living room with open fire place with insert. A professional music studio in the house with, among other things, a grand piano can be booked separately. Wood-fired sauna adjacent to the pool. The space Bedroom 1, 1 x 180 cm double bed, fireplace Bedroom 2, 2 x 80 cm beds (or 1 x 160 cm), Bedroom 3, 1st 140 cm bed Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located in the basement next to the bathroom. There is a toilet, sink and 2 showers on this floor. Bedrooms 4-6, 2 x 90 cm beds in each (Note: bunk beds) Bedroom 6, 2 x 90 cm single beds Bedroom 7, 1 x 140 cm double bed There is a toilet on this floor. Rooms are located on the second floor with exit to the sunny terrace. Sleeps 15 in total. You can also, for an extra fee, arrange 5-6 additional beds. There is also an additional possibility to rent sleeping places in a separate cottage and pool house, which provides up to 7-8 additional sleeping places, giving a total of 27-28 sleeping places. Guest access Guests can use the entire house except music studio with instruments booked separately. Some of the storage in bedroom 1 is also private.
