This house is unique because there are two private living spaces with full kitchens, and living areas, basically two homes in one. The space Three story, five bedroom & upstairs nook comfortably sleeps 20 guest. Two master bedrooms, two additional full baths, two stylish kitchens, two large dining areas, a beautiful lit pier with full railing. Pier is wheelchair accessible. 2 boat slips, 1 boat lift. Property is all fenced in for privacy. This a perfect for families, holidays, church retreats, birdwatching enthusiasts, get togethers, private fishing and hunting groups or just because.
