KITCHEN: fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, light oak units and door leading to garden. Large DOUBLE BEDROOM: with stable door looking out to the cove. BUNK BEDDED ROOM for children only. SHOWER ROOM: WC, large shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. UTILITY AREA: with washing machine and wash basin. FIRST FLOOR: MAIN LIVING ROOM: with comfortable seating and bay window with sea views. Freesat TV and DVD player. TWIN BEDROOM: with views over Cove. DOUBLE BEDDED ROOM: with sea and village views. BATHROOM: with bath, shower overhead, washbasin and WC. GARDEN: with large picnic table and occasional seating around the garden. HEATING: night storage, electric heater and wood burning stove. PARKING: season ticket provided for the public car park about 400 yards away or, alternatively, parking can be found in the cove. PETS: one pet by arrangement only.
