Located 15 minutes from the A4 highway, 10 minutes from the RN4, and 12 minutes from Saverne train station, all amenities are accessible by car in 10 minutes. The ergonomics of the PoolHouse are optimized and modular The modern kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, a large countertop open to the living room/bedroom area with bay windows overlooking the jacuzzi, garden and pool. All the necessary equipment is available including raclette oven, fondue service, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and its pods, kettle, decanter, cooking utensils, spices and condiments, everything is there! The bathroom is equipped with a 2-person sauna, a multi-jet shower, and separate toilet. The heating consists of a wood burning stove and an electric heater in the open space. In the bathroom, a towel dryer will warm you up quickly. The sofa bed is fitted with a mattress topper and several duvets for your comfort. QUEEN SIZE IKEA Brimnes (160/200). Guest access Important note for guests: You will be a few minutes from the town of Saverne and its restaurants. 45 minutes from Strasbourg, 1:15 from Colmar. My visits to the Airbnb area are limited to carrying out pool-spa and green space maintenance as needed and cleaning the pool, at variable times so as not to disturb you. The PoolHouse annex is composed of two rooms, the large 20 m2 including the open kitchen on a living area, living room/trundle sofa bed. The small room of about 10 m2 with the bathroom, the sauna and the toilet, all separated by a door. The TV furniture and the folding table are easily adjustable to arrange the space according to your wishes. In addition to the pool house, the swimming pool, garden furniture, the wooded plot and hammocks will offer you a plethora of places to have breakfast, dinner, relax, read... Access to outdoor areas includes the entire plot in front of and below the pool house, the gardens. Available are 2 hammocks, 4 outdoor cushions (Fatboy), 3 deckchairs, 1 garden furniture for 4, tarte flambée/pizza oven, 4-burner gas barbecue, arbors, parasols, pool toys... The 12/6 m pool, depth of about 1.60 m and heated. Other things to note The pool house is a complete 30 m2 studio. The two large bay windows open fully onto a living area with a modular table, the living room on the right can be transformed into a bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed and a 45" TV. Several mattresses are available for your sleeping comfort. In this same space there is a large fully equipped kitchen. The space is modular to offer you comfort according to your desires and also according to the weather. There are only two beds, the space can also accommodate an inflatable mattress or a baby bed. I do not yet provide "baby" equipment, I can make an inflatable mattress available.
