Charming apartment / Ipanema beach!

Charming apartment, very well located at the core of IPanema, only two blocks form the beach. The space The apartment has three bedrooms, the three with double beds . Each bedroom has closet space available and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room also has air conditioning. There is Wireless Internet at your disposition. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven and fridge. The gas boiler for the hot water is also located in the kitchen. The living room and two of the bedrooms have windows facing the ocean. The living room has a lounge and dining area. The building is located two blocks away from Ipanema beach and on the corner of a square which has a pleasant "hippy fair" (a mix of arts and crafts, clothes, etc) on Sundays. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, laundries/dry cleaners, internet cafés, etc. within easy walking distance, and sugar loaf mountain (pão de açucar) and Christ the Redeemer (Cristo Redentor) are easily accessible by bus or taxi. The metro/underground station Ipanema/Praça General Osório is a minute's walk away. I live in São Paulo, but can be reached on my cel phone, land line or email, and the building superintendent lives in the building and is friendly and helpful (although his English is non-existent).
