The space The villa consists of a large living room with an equipped open kitchen. The living room opens with two bay windows on the terrace with pergola. The grounds are pleasant with trees (pine, mulberry, plane tree, olive trees, fig tree, cypress). A hammock is available to relax. The villa was renovated 2 years ago, the services are up to date. The pool is new and equipped with a safety alarm. Deckchairs are available by the pool. The master bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. At the entrance there is a 3rd independent toilet with hand wash basin. In the basement there is the laundry area where you can enjoy a washing machine and a dryer. Other things to note The neighborhood is very peaceful and inhabited year-round.
