Beautiful Secluded Beach Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this gorgeous peaceful beach house. Floridana Beach is one of the busiest Turtle nesting areas in America with nearly 700 nests per mile per season! Great beach fishing, bird watching, and dolphins and manatee too. One of the best surf beaches anywhere. Plus you have front row seats to all the amazing Space X launches! The space The unit has two bedrooms each with their own bath. The kitchen is newly renovated. The kitchen/living room is open concept with a private deck. There is a laundry room downstairs where the beach chairs are also stored. There is a barbecue grill for your use. The views are exquisite, the fishing is great and the sea life the best. The beach is very peaceful and very few people are on this part of the beach, super private. Guest access There is a beautiful gazebo oceanfront. Lounge chairs at the pool. Beach chairs for your use available. Washer and dryer on premise. Other things to note We love dogs, but can only allow one small dog under 30 pounds with a pet fee of $50. We own the adjacent lot, we ask that you use it for curbing your dog or off leash play. We also ask that you please clean up pet waste each time, in a doggie waste bag, and place in the green lid trash receptacle. Your dog must be friendly and pose no danger to people and other dogs. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your account. We do have a four person maximum overnite occupancy, but you may have non over night visitors ( maximum 4) . A penalty fee will be applied for unauthorized gatherings of more than 8 total people. Absolutely no large parties or events. We are located within the Archie Carr preservation area. May 1 through October 31 is turtle hatching and nesting season. Absolutely no lights or flashlights on the beach. Please protect these special creatures. Keep lights off and curtains closed and perhaps you’ll have the unforgettable experience of watching a mother laying or hatchlings. Scurrying to the Sea
