Modern basement suite in circa 1900 heritage home.

Great place to kick back and relax in our centrally located modern basement suite which is part of our circa 1900 home. Completely private suite includes private keyless entry, queen size adjustable bed, kitchenette with table and chairs. Interior door locks, Smart TV, two comfy chairs, electric fireplace. Large walk-in deluxe shower, with towel warmer, large vanity and right height toilet. The kitchenette has an air-fryer, mini fridge, plates, cutlery, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The space Our large centrally located property is fully fenced with mature trees, a large shared patio with furniture, and a Large metal Gazebo with deck chairs a fire place (Smoking Area). Our landscaped yard and gardens are perfect to relax in or to take photos. There are also yard games and a Hammock available just ask Cam. Unfortunately the Hot Tub is only for use by the Host. Guest access Beyond the Private Guest Suite, we welcome our Guests to enjoy our backyard, deck, patio furniture, gazebo and fire pit. During your stay I enjoy meeting our Guests, but we have set up the Private Guest Suite to allow our Guests have little to no interaction if they choose. However I'm always available to answer questions or deal with any problems that may arise during their stay. We are usually home and can always be reached via Airbnb, or by calling or texting my cellphone. Other things to note Our family, friends and neighbors are all very important to us, so you shouldn't be shocked if other people are in our yard visiting or gardening.
