Compleatly private modern basement suite is part of our centrally located circa 1900 home. Access by separate keyless entry from back yard and down a set of stairs. ⚠️ Potential mobility barrier⚠️ Includes queen size adjustable bed, kitchenette with table and chairs. Interior door locks, Smart TV, two massage chairs and electric fireplace. A cot or playpen is available for 3rd Guest. Large walk-in deluxe shower, with towel warmer, large vanity and right height toilet. Many other amenities. The space Our large centrally located property is fully fenced with mature trees, a large shared patio with furniture, and a Large metal Gazebo with deck chairs a fire place (Smoking Area). Our landscaped yard and gardens are perfect to relax in or to take photos. There are also yard games and a Hammock available just ask Cam. Unfortunately the Hot Tub is only for use by the Host. Guest access Beyond the Private Guest Suite, we welcome our Guests to enjoy our backyard, deck, patio furniture, gazebo and fire pit (smoking area). We have done our best to make our home and yard welcoming, functional, safe and beautiful. ⚠️ Potential mobility barriers with stairs onto and off the deck, gates, landscaping and stairs to Guest Suite ⚠️ During your stay I enjoy meeting our Guests, but we have set up the Private Guest Suite to allow our Guests have little to no interaction if they choose. However I'm always available to answer questions or deal with any problems that may arise during their stay. We are usually home and can always be reached via Airbnb, or by calling or texting my cellphone. Other things to note Our family, friends and neighbors are all very important to us, so you shouldn't be shocked if other people are in our yard visiting or gardening.
