Situated on a private 1-acre waterfront property, this family-friendly Adirondack vacation home offers the perfect balance of relaxation, nature, and adventure. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cabin, including all living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. The only area outside the cabin that is not accessible is the shed, which is used for supplies. Within the cabin, three areas will be labeled and locked, including two closets (one downstairs and one upstairs) and the external Bilco Basement doors. Please don't try to open or enter. Other things to note Thank you for respecting our no smoking indoors policy. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor smoking station and dispose of cigarette or cigar butts there. If we notice signs of indoor smoking at check-out, a $350 cleaning fee will apply to help us keep the lodge fresh for everyone. You’ll notice three areas in the cabin that are labeled and locked: two closets (one upstairs and one downstairs) and the Bilco Basement doors outside. Also, the shed on the property is locked. We kindly ask that you leave these areas closed during your stay. Our septic system is sensitive, so please only flush toilet paper and avoid putting food, oils, or coffee grounds down the drains. This helps us keep everything running smoothly for you and future guests. If extra cleaning or repairs are needed due to misuse, additional charges may apply. The lodge is set up to comfortably host up to eight guests. To respect our neighbors on either side, please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. For your security, there are six exterior cameras at the lodge. They cover the front and back doors, the paths to the lakefront, and the parking lot. These cameras are always on to help keep everyone safe. There are no cameras inside or facing private areas. Please do not cover or tamper with them during your stay. Loon Landing Lodge is committed to accommodating guests with disabilities and their service animals, as well as guests with emotional support animals. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, the following policy regarding service animals and emotional support animals is in place: (1) Prior Notification: To make necessary arrangements to accommodate the animal and the guest's needs, guests must inform Loon Landing Lodge in advance if they will be bringing a service animal or an emotional support animal to the property. (2) Pet Care and Behavior: Guests must ensure that their animals do not cause damage to the property or disturb neighbors. By adhering to this policy, all guests, including those with disabilities and their service animals or emotional support animals, can enjoy a positive and inclusive experience while staying at Loon Landing Lodge. Loon Landing Lodge also welcomes guests who would like to bring their pet dog to the property. In order to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, the following policy regarding bringing pet dogs to our property is in place: (1) Prior Notification: Guests who would like to bring a pet dog to the property are required to inform Loon Landing Lodge in advance. This allows us to make necessary arrangements to accommodate the pet and the guest's needs. (2) Pet Limit: Guests are allowed to bring ONE pet dog to our property. If guests plan to bring more than one dog, they must obtain our approval in advance. In circumstances in which a second dog is allowed, an additional $100.00 fee will be added to your reservation. (3) Pet Care and Behavior: Guests are responsible for the care and behavior of their pet dog. We kindly request that guests ensure that their pet dog does not cause damage to the property or disturb our neighbors. (4) Additional Charges: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if there is any damage or excessive pet hair left on the property as a result of the pet dog's stay. By adhering to this policy, we aim to create a welcoming environment for all our guests, including those with pet dogs, and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone using our property. Loon Landing Lodge is situated on a beautiful lakefront property ~30 feet to the water's edge. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the beautiful lake. When doing so, we require you to adhere to the following Swimming, Diving, and Water-related Activities Policy: (1.) All guests who plan to swim must do so at their own risk. (2) Diving is NOT permitted in any lakeshore areas, given the shallow depth at the end of the dock is ~4.5ft. (3) Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the water or engaging in any water-related activities. (4) Non-swimmers and inexperienced swimmers should wear appropriate flotation devices when using the pool. (5) Guests should refrain from swimming or engaging in water-based activities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. (6) The lake area may not be suitable for guests with certain medical conditions or physical limitations. Guests are advised to consult a physician before using the facilities. By swimming and engaging in water-related activities, guests acknowledge and accept the associated risks and agree to adhere to the above policies.
