Maintenance may occasionally occur to keep the pool and amenities in good condition. Issues like equipment failure or bad weather do not qualify for refunds. ★★S ECURUTY ★★ Exterior cameras monitor entrances and driveway (24/7, recording). Smart noise sensor (Minut) is installed to monitor decibel levels only (no recording). ★★ HOUSE RULES ★★ ✔ NO PARTIES or events allowed. Any attempt will result in police eviction, a $2,000 FINE, and immediate cancellation with no refund. ✔ No smoking or drugs anywhere on the property (indoors, front or backyard). Violations will incur police eviction and a $300 fine. ✔ Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. Excessive noise is considered a party violation with the same penalties. ✔ Only registered guests are allowed.
