The space The apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with access to a small terrace. In the master bedroom there are two twin beds of 1.05 meters, several closets and bedside tables. The second bedroom has a nest-type furniture with several cabinets, a table for working or studying and two twin beds of 0.90 meters. The living room has a three-seater sofa, two single armchairs, two sideboards, a flat-screen TV, a table and six chairs. In this room we have an extra bed that allows us to accommodate the fifth guest. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, extractor hood, oven, washing machine, microwave, and fridge-freezer. There is also kitchenware for four people. Other things to note Calle Gascona, also known as “Cider Boulevard” is less than a 15-minute walk away. It is a very touristy area, totally pedestrian and full of cider houses where you can have “a culin” and taste Asturian cuisine. The humanities university campus is a five-minute walk away. At a similar distance is the “Los Prados” shopping mall, which has a hypermarket, fashion boutiques, a leisure area, and twelve movie theaters. The Central University Hospital of Asturias (HUCA), in the Teatinos neighborhood, is a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
