The place is an ideal retreat to enjoy a relaxing time with family and friends immersed in pristine nature. The Villa is 1.5 km from the nearest village (on a gravel road) and just 15 minutes away by car far from the nearest city (Pratovecchio Stia). The complex is 850 meters above the sea level. The space The Villa is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven, stove and dishwasher), a living room (which serves also as dining room) with a fireplace, two master bedrooms, an attic which can sleep up to 4 people, a recreational room (ideal for projecting movies), three modern bathrooms (with two showers) and storage space (including a washing machine). Bring your own bed sheets and towels. Bed sheets and towels can be made available by the host at a cost of €15 per person. The Villa can accomodate 8 people very comfortably (more beds can be added so that the maximum capacity can reach 10-12 people in the Villa). Additional friends and family can also be accommodated in the two adjacent apartments (which can sleep up to 8 additional guests). Total capacity for the complex is 16 guests (spread across three fully independent units). The property is on a hill at 850 meters above sea level. Guest access Guests can park their cars in front of the property (free of charge) and can freely utilise the common space on the large terrace, enjoying a stunning view on the hills.
