Private shower and toilet room in house with pool

Room in Gascony with sink, shower + private toilet. Sheets and towels included. Quiet and rural environment. Family home with children and cats. Wooded garden and beautiful swimming pool with hydro-massages (12 p.m. - 8 p.m.). Beautiful unobstructed view of the hills and sunflowers. Access to the bedroom by stairs and via the family living room. Breakfast and meals NOT INCLUDED but possible if booked at least 48 hours in advance. I welcome you between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. Welcome! The space The room is always cool in summer, like the rest of the house (air conditioning). You will appreciate this temperature because it is often very hot in summer in the Gers! It consists of a 140 bed (2 places) with a quality mattress. The sheets were bought in July 2024 and are always ironed. The toilet is right next to the bedroom. Guest access We only rent the bedroom with shower + toilet + outdoor areas. Our guests can choose the corner of the garden they like best if they want to rest, enjoy the sun or eat what they have brought with them. The living room, kitchen and other rooms in the house are reserved for hosts and other guests. Please remember to bring your dishes if you think you will need them. During your stay I am always reachable on my mobile! Other things to note Access to the pool is possible unless there is a technical problem, which has never happened before, but we are not immune to a breakdown...
