This perfectly imperfect family farmhouse located in Southington is the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family. This farmhouse has been in our family since early 1900's and is completely restored to its natural beauty. The space It’s only: We are 5 minutes from The Place at 534, 5 minutes from Red Maple Barn, 10 minutes from Mosquito Lake, 10 minutes from Bristol Wood Golf Course, 10 min from Nelson-Kennedy Ledges State, 24 minutes to Camp HI Canoe and Kayak, 15 min from the town of Garrettsville, 15 minutes to Amish country Middlefield, 15 minutes to the amphitheater located in Warren, 25 minutes from Hartford Hills Winery, 5 minutes from Crossroads restaurant and bar (local establishment), 20 minutes from Avalon Country Club, 1 hour from Downtown Cleveland, 20 minutes from Walmart We can sleep up to 7 guests comfortably with its 4 bedrooms. There are four bedrooms, 2 Queen beds and 2 full beds. Two bedrooms have conjoining rooms (you walk through one bedroom to enter the second bedroom) and 1 small bedroom downstairs (twin bed). All beds are furnished with memory foam mattresses, luxury bedding and central air LIVING ROOM You will enjoy a comfortable space on reclining couches, WII for family games. We also have cards, board games, chess set and coloring books and crayons for the little ones to enjoy. Also enjoy our swivel chairs for comfortable seating and site seeing through our front sitting area to view our local Amish neighbors. KITCHEN - You will find everything you need in our fully stocked kitchen. We have pots and pans, air frier, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, plates, and glassware. BATHROOM - We provide shower, soap, toiletries, luxury towels, shampoo and conditioner so no need to run to the convenience store right when you arrive. Full bathroom (shower) on the first floor and newly renovated half bath on second floor. KID FRIENDLY - We provide games, cards, a pack n play crib, magnetic dart board, foosball table, and basketball hoop. EXTRA AMENITIES OUTSIDE - You will find a fire pit (with wood provided and folding chairs) to enjoy the peace and quiet of country life. Enjoy our woods behind our home for you to explore. Trails are not open from October 1st to February 1st due to hunting season. You may occasionally see a horse and buggy ride by. There are several nearby Amish neighbors and if you really want to experience more of it, head towards Middlefield where you will find local Amish shops and stores. We have several cameras located at the back door and around the property to keep the property more secure. The owners are also located next door (grey house with black shutters) in case you need anything. Guest access You will have full access to the home, except for the garage, small shed and pole barn. Feel free to roam on our 40 acres of trails. Trails are not permitted during hunting season (October-February). No motorized machines such as four-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts or side-by-sides are allowed. We have a pond available for catch and release fishing. NO SWIMMING allowed. Large driveway for larger vehicles or boats. Other things to note new rustic basketball hoops for your entertainment. There is a total of 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are conjoining rooms which means you have to walk from one bedroom to enter another. The 2 double beds bedroom is attached to one of the bedrooms adjacent.
