Perfect location - parks/restaurants/pubs/local markets in Herne Hill, vibrant Brixton a 15 min walk or leafy Dulwich 15 mins the other way.. Tate membership included for two! Large TV and sound system, washing machine, super fast WIFI & a working from home desk area. The space In a central location in a safe friendly spot, our flat is modern, bright and airy with a lounge, hallway, separate bathroom, two double bedrooms and kitchen dinner. *This is our flat which is our home and not a hotel! We rent it to guests to enjoy and will always ensure it is clean, with fresh sheets and towels but yes our belongings are here so please remember and respect that 😊 Herne Hill is an electric bohemian sanctuary in the charming village with Brockwell Park on your doorstep, Sunday markets, coffee shops, trendy restaurants and cocktail bars within a stones throw. Ideally located between the bustle of Brixton and the leafy charm of Dulwich. If Herne Hill isn't enough for you or you don't fancy a 15 min walk to Brixton then your travel options are marvellous.. We have fabulous connections - a train station and bus stop 1 minute away. Within 3 minutes of leaving the front door you can catch a train and in 15 minutes be on the River Thames looking at St Pauls and the monument on one side and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and the Tate modern on the other! In 15 minutes on another train you will be in the West End of London. Connections: Victoria 15 mins City 15 mins Gatwick/Heathrow and Luton are a simple 1hr journey. Brixton 2 mins by train or a 15 minute walk and tube connections Please have checkable references and contact details. This is our lovingly looked after house, so please enjoy but no parties! Our flat is opposite the railway and in the heart of Herne Hill and you will hear London and the trains and on the deck and with the windows open. We have however installed double glazing and the trains stop at night so the flat is quiet then.
