Murphey's oak savannas. Kiln is less than 5 minutes from the American River and the Marshall Gold Discovery State Park and only a short drive to downtown Placerville. The space This custom built home is situated on nearly 100 acres just above the South Fork of the American River in historical Coloma, CA. Nestled amongst 4 groves of organically farmed olive trees and boasting stunning views of Mt. Murphy (a local landmark), both the indoors and outdoors are filled to brim with stunning views and exciting activities for the whole family. The home has 3 bedrooms, one of which includes multiple bunk beds for the children, 2 full bathrooms (one of which with a deep soaking tub), a very spacious kitchen and dining area, and vaulted 18’ ceilings throughout. In addition, the living room is equipped with a 160” 4K movie theatre projector screen with Dolby Atmos Audio as well an Xbox Series S and all the streaming apps your family knows and loves. If you enjoy the outdoors, there are fun activities such as ping-pong, hammocks, an outdoor swing, hiking trails around the property and more. In addition, there are many recreational activities to enjoy in the area including rafting, kayaking, hiking, biking and skiing.
