The space BEAR LAKE HAVEN A stunning 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom lake house retreat, offering 3,750 square feet of serene living space on over half an acre of pristine land. Perfect for families and large groups for a peaceful getaway. This spacious haven blends comfort, luxury, and breathtaking views for an unforgettable stay. 🛏️ Accommodations: ✔️28 sleeping spots in 17 beds across 7 bedrooms ✔️Additional sleeping for 8 guests with 4-inch foam mats (sheets & blankets provided), which can be placed in bedrooms or family rooms ✔️Maximum occupancy: 34 guests (ages 2 and up) ✔️2 playpens available (stored in upstairs & downstairs hall closets) 😴Enjoy a spacious, well-equipped home designed to host unforgettable moments by the lake! LIVING AREAS Spacious & Inviting! This home features three beautifully designed living areas, each equipped with a Sony TV and Starlink internet service, ensuring entertainment and connectivity throughout the house. While a propane fireplace and wood-burning stove add to the cozy ambiance, they are not available for guest use (inside the home). KITCHEN A spacious kitchen designed for large groups and gatherings! Equipped with two ovens, two refrigerators & freezers, and an enormous pantry, there’s plenty of room to cook, store food, and enjoy meals together. 🍽️ Seating for 16 – The dining table and counter space comfortably accommodate 16 guests. Need more seats & table space? Extra chairs are available in the garage and can be brought up as needed. 🌿 Outdoor Dining – Take the meal outside! Our large porch features 2 tables with benches and chairs looking at the scenic mountain view or the lake for a spacious dining experience. For your ease, extra toilet paper can be found in the middle drawer of each bathroom. Please use the black cloth provided to remove makeup to keep our towels in great condition. Additional makeup-removal cloths and a hairdryer are also available in the drawer for your use. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible! Guest access PARKING Parking is available on the left side of the lane, where the black rock is located and at the top of the lane. Important: 🚫 There is no parking between the trees and the road coming into the property (where the grass area is). That area is owned by the city and enforces a no parking rule. A fee will be charged for non-compliance. 🚗 Please avoid parking on the East side or on the grass. Parking is only allowed on the West side (on the rocks) or within the lane. For your convenience, please refrain from parking on the cement, as this area is reserved for playing basketball and pickleball during your stay! DOOR ENTRANCE There is a smart key code box on the front door. You will be sent a code for entrance 3-5 days before your stay begins. This code is set up to work only during your time of stay. So please do not show up earlier. Other things to note No animals are permitted at this short-term rental. We do have camera's on the outside of the home to monitor the happenings.
