The pool will be heated (*depending on the period and for a fee) and covered (Coverseal), and a 5-seat Canadian hot tub will be installed from spring 2025. Reversible air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure optimal comfort all year round. A garage with automated opening is included in the rental. The cottage extends over three floors, each offering comfortable and well-appointed living spaces: Ground floor: A large bright living room overlooking the pool, equipped with a large TV and a large sofa, as well as a bathroom, toilet and sauna. A washing machine is also available. This is a perfect place to relax for families or groups of friends, while enjoying the pool view. Second floor: A large spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, overlooking a small inner courtyard to the north, perfect for lunch in the shade. This convivial space is ideal for meals, barbecues and lively evenings. Second floor: Three comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. The first bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom and toilet. The second bedroom, with double bed, and the third bedroom, with two single beds and a convertible armchair into an extra bed, share a bathroom and common toilet. All bedding and bedroom furniture are new, guaranteeing optimal comfort. For an unforgettable vacation, a hiking trail passes at the foot of the farmhouse, serving all the activities and shops of our village, including restaurants, bars, grocery store and the local Sunday morning market.
