The space The Casetta is separate from the main building, at the end of our garden and enjoys great peace and tranquility with a breathtaking view and surrounded by vineyards. It is ideal for romantic getaways :) The outbuilding is the only one to have a private garden space. If the request is for a number of guests equal to or less than half of the number indicated in "Number of guests" on the listing, the host may apply a special offer that will be communicated to the applicant. Guest access In addition to the annex, guests of "Casetta" have a part of the garden just for this accommodation with a travertine table for 4 people under a centuries-old oak tree. Like the guests of the other wings of the villa, they can immerse themselves in the tranquility of a private garden of one hectare, between oak grove, orchard and olive grove. The protagonist is the degrading biodesign salt pool, without a ladder: a small pond where you can relax on the shore or swim surrounded by greenery. The garden offers corners of pure relaxation, such as the lucky chestnut tree with comfortable sofas to admire the stars, or the highest panoramic area, with sun loungers and hammocks from which to enjoy the view of the Chianti. The gazebo welcomes aperitifs at sunset, the barbecue invites you to tasty grills. A fitness area with Swedish wall bars, a balance bench, and various equipment complete the experience. At an altitude of 600 meters, the garden offers coolness even in summer. At night, the solar lights and small lanterns on the pergolas create a fairytale atmosphere. Surrounded by vineyards, the villa offers a view that extends to Mount Amiata. Just a 10-minute walk away, the Etruscan village of Rosennano offers a dip into history.
