Oceanfront cabin, minutes to Masstown Market & Wentworth Bass fishing, private beach, ATV trails, hiking, & short walk to lake. Close to 5 Islands, Parrsboro, Fundy Geological sites. Renovated w/ hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, BBQ, & AC. Main level: full bath w/ 2 bedrooms, sunroom w/ coffee bar, fireplace, & washer/dryer Fully stocked Kitchen w/ spices/oils, condiments, utensils, dishes etc. Coffee/tea and some firewood supplied. Upstairs has bath & master bedroom+ office. IG:baysviewlodge The space Guests will have full use of the entire cottage and 1 acre + ocean front lot, for the entirety of their stay. Ideally situated for 2 couples or families with children. Any use of amenities on site, such as (but not limited to) kayaks, life jackets, outdoor fire pit, indoor fire place, hammock (single person only), hot tub, swimming in the ocean/Bay of Fundy, accessing the beach from the property (cleared/ rock slop), exploring the Bay Fundy at low tide, bbq etc is all at full discretion and responsibility of all guests. We are unable to train, recommend, or encourage use. Please use your own sense of safety and precautions as we will not be held liable for any incorrect or unsafe usage of the property and amenities. Other things to note Please message to discuss any questions or special requests you might have. WiFi in the cottage is excellent whether it be streaming movies or taking a Zoom meeting. Hot tub is rated as 3-4 people but we find 3 max is the most optimal for comfort. Maintaining the chemicals in the hot tub is an easy but necessary step that we will guide guests through.
