A modern and rationalist home of 170 m² distributed on a single floor. The space is spacious, open and very bright, designed to offer comfort and well-being. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into an open and functional living area.  It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a multipurpose room with sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people. It shares with the other two houses of the complex a spectacular 3,850 m² garden facing the sea, as well as an indoor swimming pool heated in winter, with a gym area and dressing room with shower. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - You also need to remove trash from the accommodation periodically to avoid odors and dirt. - We must all respect and preserve the resources we have. Please avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered on the booking form. - Carry out noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) after 9:00 PM and before 9:00 AM. It's very important to respect our neighbors' rest. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. Returning them in poor condition will incur an additional expense. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the outdoor areas of the property.
