Welcome to a charming guest apartment at Leśniczówka. The cottage, located in the Biała Forest, is an ideal place for those who are looking for peace and contact with nature. Outside, there is a garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee, listening to the birds and the rustle of the trees. The proximity of the Narew River and the forest makes it a perfect place for lovers of walks, bike rides, and idyll. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and recharge your batteries surrounded by nature, you have come to the right place! The space The offer applies to the guest part of the forester's lodge with a separate entrance from the access road, bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom is about 15 sqm. Heating with air conditioning. Guest access The guest part of the forester's lodge with a separate entrance and a separate part of the garden is available for guests. You can park on the property behind the gate or in front of the entrance near the gate and the wicket. Other things to note 1. Hot water *An instantaneous water heater is installed in the Forester's Lodge. *After turning on the tap, wait a while for the hot water to arrive. 2. Water filtration *The house is equipped with a water filtration system with an ion exchange bed, which is regularly cleaned with salt tablets. *For this reason, the water may have a slightly salty aftertaste, but it is very soft and safe to use. *If necessary, I provide bottled water for drinking and cooking purposes. *Cleaning of the bed takes place automatically at night, after consuming about 2 m³ of water — during this time (about 1.5–2 hours) access to water may be temporarily interrupted. 3. Waste segregation *There is a stand with bins for segregation on the property, on the opposite side of the entrance to the guest area. Bag colors: Yellow – plastics Green – glass and bottles Blue – paper Black / white – mixed waste Biowaste can be disposed of in the composter at the barn door. 4. Cleaning and hygiene After each guest visit, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and ozonized. 5. Heating The bedroom has air conditioning with a heating function that can be adjusted with a remote control (located on the kitchen entrance frame on the left).
