We offer a charming 20 m² wooden chalet, ideal for a family vacation and ideally accommodating 2 adults and 3 children. Its terrace with garden furniture and relaxation area, as well as the common pools and the lake about a hundred meters away, will enchant you. If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature, this chalet is the perfect place to relax in the countryside in a very beautiful estate that has about thirty chalets. The owner will be delighted to welcome you to this unique little corner of paradise in the Lot-et-Garonne department. It includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) for two adults, a TV (without Wi-Fi) and a low mezzanine with three single beds. Please note that the mezzanine is very low and is more suitable for children than adults (see photo). - Pets allowed (small dogs only, under 10 kg, 1 maximum) - No smoking allowed in the cottage - No Wi-Fi, 4G connection, Wi-Fi available on request only On site: Shared swimming pools (one small and one large) open from 10 am to 8 pm in season, unsupervised but fenced. Access to the lake, children's playground, entertainment according to the schedule. What to know for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in addition (8KWH per day or 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on-site in addition after reading the meters (depending on the amount of the KWH price indicated on the invoice). - A security deposit of €250 will be handed to the owner upon your arrival. - Sheets (beds not made): to be provided, not included. - Linens and towels: to be provided by you, not provided. - Mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay: €30.
