Welcome to the popular sun plateau in our village of Obsteig! My name is Stefanie and I warmly welcome you to our home. Quiet and close to nature as well as centrally located, we offer you our lovingly furnished and newly renovated 50 m² apartment to relax. Right at your doorstep as well as nearby, you will find a wide range of excursions and activities. I'd be happy to give you personal information about the hotspots. The space NEWLY RENOVATED is the fully equipped 50 m² apartment in the basement of our house with its own entrance and access to the ground-level garden with private seating. A video-monitored and lockable shed with an outlet for sports equipment is available for shared use. A private parking space is right by the house. The location: Our house is quickly accessible and quietly located off the main road next to a protected landscape area with adjacent forest. The view of the Mieming Range mountain panorama makes you want more... Our location provides you with: supermarket, ATM, inns, ski rental and a small ski resort which is ideal for beginners and kids. The free activity bus allows you to explore the plateau. In the neighboring village about 4 km away there are: a gas station, pharmacy, doctors, other restaurants and shopping, bike rental, golf course, swimming lake and forest bath. Leisure activities: In summer as well as in winter we have a wide range of different activities. From the front door you can start right away, whether it's a leisurely circular hiking trail or a bike tour with beautifully located inns or a toboggan tour with an alpine visit, there is something for everyone. A cross-country ski trail in winter is right behind the house as well as a good selection of nearby ski resorts. Those who prefer a cultural offer have good connections to our state capital Innsbruck. For more adventure and adrenaline, you will get your money's worth at Austria's largest outdoor amusement park, Area 47, 20 km away.
